
Dr. Reber received his Ph.D. in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University in 1993 and then moved to complete a post-doctoral fellowship in Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of California, San Diego working in the departments of Psychiatry and Radiology. His work focuses on learning and memory in both cognitively healthy participants and patients with challenges arising from neurological dysfunction. His lab has sought to apply their findings in a variety of health-related fields from risk factors in psychosis and mood disorders, habit and expertise in behavioral health, and memory changes across the lifespan.
