Aubrey Russak-Pribble

Aubrey Russak-Pribble

  • Senior Program Coordinator

Aubrey earned her master's degree in Public Policy and Administration with a specialization in Global Health from Northwestern University and her bachelor's degree in Behavioral Neuroscience and Psychology from Centre College.

She joined Northwestern in 2018 and has supported research focused on mental health, well-being, and the factors that shape health outcomes. Her interests include understanding how chronic and acute stress affect physical and mental health and contribute to negative life outcomes. She is particularly interested in interventions and policies that reduce compounded inequities in health and well-being associated with factors such as poverty, and mental illness, and social determinants of health.

Before coming to Northwestern, Aubrey explored these issues through her work with incarcerated adults and adolescent girls in residential settings. Her experiences working across research and direct service settings continue to inform her interest in connecting research, policy, and practice to improve health and well-being.

Mandy M. Withall

Mandy M. Withall

  • Postdoctoral Associate

Mandy Withall is a postdoctoral associate through the Department of Psychology at Northwestern University. They earned their Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from Northwestern University in 2026. Mandy’s research broadly examines how context affects learning and memory, particularly for false or inaccurate information. In their research, context can encompass internal factors such as metacognition or mental health status, or external factors such as how information is presented or stated. Currently Mandy is investigating internal contexts that can predict increased belief in false information for both adults and adolescents. Mandy is also interested in reducing false beliefs about and increasing awareness for mental health symptoms in adolescents so they have a better understanding of their health status.
